Job Description:
NetScout's Sales Account Managers are responsible to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals for assigned key accounts; develop account base and prospect product awareness; Identify and develop relationships with key players within target accounts; Partner with support engineers to provide customers with appropriate level of technical support; Provide accurate account reporting; Support Partners with sales process.

Requirements:
* A quantifiable track record of success demonstrated by territory/professional growth  
* Track record of exceptional and consistent quota achievement  
* Experience with both direct and indirect selling (through channels) and/or familiarity with the channel sales model and team selling environment  
* Proven success, established customers and contacts, and solid territory knowledge  
* Ability to source, pursue and close new business  
* Formal sales training a plus: Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling, Target Account Selling  
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field  
* 5 years of relevant field sales experience in networking and host-based intrusion detection or intrusion protection technologies
